Account
Your personal profile on the platform. It stores your preferences, history, and settings. You create an account by registering with an email address and password.
Authentication
The process of verifying your identity before granting access. This typically involves entering a username and password, and sometimes a second verification step (see Two-Factor Authentication).
Dashboard
The main screen or home page you see after logging in. It provides a summary of your activity, quick access to key features, and any important notifications.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
An extra layer of security requiring a second form of verification — such as a code sent to your phone — in addition to your password. Strongly recommended for all accounts.
Bandwidth
The amount of data that can be transferred over a connection in a given time. Higher bandwidth means faster loading and smoother performance.
Cache
Temporary storage that saves copies of files or data so your device can load them faster on future visits, without downloading them again from scratch.
Cookie

Notification

Integration
A connection between two separate tools or platforms that allows them to share data automatically — for example, linking your calendar app to receive event reminders.
Upload
The act of sending a file or piece of data from your device to a server or platform. Common examples include adding a profile photo or submitting a document.
Download
The act of transferring a file or data from a server to your own device. Downloads allow you to save and access content offline at any time.
Settings
A section of the platform where you can customise your experience — including notification preferences, account details, privacy controls, and display options.
Sync
